Eiffel Waffle Creamery opened its doors at The Depot at Nickel Plate because we believed downtown Fishers deserved a dessert made with actual care — warm, fresh-pressed bubble waffles wrapped around ice cream we make ourselves, in small batches, every day.
We're not a big chain kitchen reheating someone else's dessert. We're a local family that reads ingredient labels the same way you do — and didn't love what we saw out there.
